Base fee:
  • Guest speaker and/or host registration with lunch. Code required to register.
  • The event is $3 per person. Lunch is optional at an additional $9 per person. You can pay online when you RSVP, or choose "invoice me" to pay at the door on the day of the event. Either way, registering for the event ahead of time helps us plan for adequate seating and meals for lunch, so we very much appreciate it!

Registration $3.00 per person at the door. Proceeds benefit Presque Isle Historical Society and MOCA. Coffee and breakfast items provided by Presque Isle Historical Society. Remember to pick up your door prize ticket.

Exhibits, Displays, Cemetery Projects If you have a project to share with others, please bring a display board, photos, or other related materials. Tables will be available to set up displays.

The Lynching of Jim Cullen Kim Smith, PIHS, presents the story of the only known lynching in New England.

Noon— 1:00
Lunch Club sandwich and cookie prepared by PIHS for $9 per person. LUNCH RESERVATIONS REQUIRED by May 15. Lunch reservations and payments may be made online via the MOCA website at moca-me.org.

Tour Options

• 1:00 pm—2:30 pm Guided walking tour of Historic Fairmount Cemetery. Hear the history of the cemetery, its Victorian influences, and stories of some of Presque Isle’s interesting historical figures interred within. Wear comfortable shoes as there are a lot of hills! Advance registration required.

• 1:00 pm—2:00 pm Visit Maysville Museum. Free
