Member Projects

At MOCA, we understand the unique value of cemetery preservation and genealogy research projects. By networking with other members, you gain access to a wealth of shared knowledge and expertise, whether you're documenting historical gravesites, researching family histories, or collaborating on preservation initiatives. Our community provides an ideal space to connect with others who share your passion for honoring the past and preserving it for future generations. Working together on these important projects can help you uncover new insights, expand your research, and amplify your impact.

MOCA Members may add a project name and description to their member profile page. Log In and click the MY MEMBER PROFILE link in the site footer.

  • Include relevant details such as your role in the project, resources needed (volunteers, skills, materials, etc.) and project dates if known.
  • If your project includes cleaning and/or restoration work, please include a statement as to permission to perform the work AND training/background in cleaning/restoration work.
  • In keeping with MOCA policies, projects describing sale of merchandise or services will be removed administratively without notice.
  • Remember to keep your project details current by updating your member profile regularly. To ensure that our projects page remains a valuable resource, please note that any outdated, incomplete, or inappropriate projects may be removed without prior notice.
  • Projects not in keeping with the intent of this resource may be edited/removed without prior notice.

Note that the projects list is in random order. Enter terms [municipality, member surname, etc.] in the search box to narrow results.

Contact our MOCA Web Resources Coordinator with any questions.
