Board Meeting - 3rd Quarter

Registration for members to attend MOCA Board meetings via is available for the first time in 2026!

The 3rd Quarter Board Meeting agenda will be published soon. Topics of discussion are expected to include:

• Recommendation for MOCA's insurance coverage 
• Update Training videos
• CDs and review of whether any funds are restricted in their use 
• Maine Community Foundation
• Membership categories
• Giving opportunities (annual, major, and planned giving) 
• MOCA newsletter naming
• Awards Committee
• Nominations
• Annual Meeting Vote
• Committee reports and project updates
• Other business as may properly come before the Board

Supporting documentation related to agenda items will be distributed to Board Members under separate cover prior to the meeting. Supporting documentation will not be distributed to the membership in advance of the meeting.

Note that multiple members in the same household
do not need to register separately if they
are able to view the meeting on the same device.
