Base fee:
  • The event is $5 per person. Lunch is optional at an additional $10 per person.

    Electronic payment with your RSVP is preferred. Choose "invoice me" to pay at the door on the day of the event if electronic payment is not possible.

    Either way, registering for the event ahead of time helps us plan for adequate seating and meals for lunch, so we very much appreciate it!

8:30-9:15 Registration
Entry Fee of $5 per person may be paid at the door or in advance online (preferred). Assorted breakfast snacks and drinks will be provided. Proceeds benefit Deer Isle ~ Stonington Historical Society and Maine Old Cemetery Association.

8:30-12:00 Exhibits, Displays, Cemetery Projects
If you have a cemetery project you wish to share with others, please bring a display board, photos or other related materials.

9:15-9:30 Welcome
Destinee Coakley, Vice President DISHS will welcome MOCA guests, introduce DISHS Board members present and give brief 5-7 min talk before handing it over to MOCA President.

9:30-9:45 Welcome

10:45-11:30 MOCA Membership Meeting
All are welcome to attend to hear what is happening with MOCA or you may view the displays at this time.

11:30-12:30 Lunch
Lunch hosted by the Deer Isle Stonington Historical Society. Pizza and drinks will be served.

Lunch is $10 with reservation required by May 10.

Reservations and payment online at the MOCA website is preferred.

12:30-1:00 Tour of Old Deer Isle Cemetery
Located on Church St. (Rt 15). Drive over to learn about its history and notable burials.
